Hi! I am Kerri Denney! I absolutely love being a realtor and working with buyers and sellers. I am a relationship based agent and really enjoy taking care of my clients. I have been married for 15 years and have 2 daughters. They keep us on our toes and busy with competitive dance and competitive cheer, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

My husband is an Army Veteran and works at Redstone Arsenal. I specialize in relocation since I have done it many times! I was a teacher for 11 years before becoming a realtor! When I am not with clients, I love spending time with family and friends and trying new places! An interesting fact about me is I LOVE Starbucks but hate coffee! Crazy but true. Tea is my drink of choice! I have sold over 300 homes since being licensed in 2018. I consider myself an expert in new construction.

In addition to selling many new construction homes, I have also bought 4 of them myself! I truly pride myself in delivering an unforgettable client experience before, during and after the transaction. I truly do care about people and want to help make dreams happen!
